Fall has arrived on our doorsteps. It is a season of doing, with all of its things that must be done. Are you feeling overwhelmed?

TODAY’S MEDITATION

Leaves. Falling. Trees, undressing themselves, becoming naked. The garden, relaxing Herself, preparing.

There is much to do. And, the best thing to do: notice it, allow it, enjoy it!

There is so much to do, it can be overwhelming.

It is overwhelming.

The flow of it will not be stopped.

And, the best thing to do: sit. Notice the undressing, the preparing, the change of energy after summer's lassitude. She's alive!

Your unfolding, my love, is endless.

Your changing, endless.

Your yearning, endless.

Your experiencing, endless and infinite.

I am here. Noticing. Enjoying. My attention and appreciation: Eternal.

What am I doing here, with these words, these ruminations? Remembering what if feels like to love, the many, many ways to love. Remembering what it feels like to be loved, to experience the many, many ways I am loved.

This is the season for it: to love, to be loved. To witness and allow love to change Her colours, Her ways.

What a beautiful feeling, to love without needing anything “in return.” To feel so big, so very huge, that I need nothing, satisfied with holding this space and feeling love flow.

It's so simple.

It's so hard. I have so much neediness and self-doubt to crawl through, to just allow this to happen to me, through me.

This flow that is love, today, on the equinox, the turning, reminds me: allow Her to be as She needs to be, without my demands. I will survive it all.
