TODAY'S MEDITATION 

I'll repeat what he said, this man who coaches and teaches and guides men to be greater than they fear themselves to be: Our greatest "men's work" is to receive the feminine.

Now, let's start to receive, here. With some "dark feminine" appreciation of what we, as men, can be. When we step into ourselves. Wild, as Katrine says. Dangerous, but not a danger.

Deep bow to the healthy masculine.
Deep bow to every man doing the work.
Deep bow to you in your struggle, in your wins, disappointment, and pleasure.
Deep bow to those brave men that are connecting with other men.
Deep bow for choosing to step away from the lone wolf paradigm.
Deep bow and deep gratitude.
Thank you for making the world safer and better.
Thank you for being dangerous but not a danger.
Thank you for being your brother's keeper.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be softer and more feminine.
We need you.
Thank you for stepping up, and rising in your healthy, divine power.
I see you.
I love you.
I respect you.
I appreciate how you are showing up in the world.
Stay true to your primal and know we crave your wild.
Stay free.
We get wet and turned on when you are impossible to control.

This man who coaches men who once said to me that our real "men's work" is receiving the feminine also said this. That the retreats and the men's groups etcetera we do, as men, is important. But it is preparation for our real work as men. And again: this work, the real work of being a man, he said, is learning how to receive from the feminine.

We are too often afraid of what women know and see in us. But what happens when we surrender to their knowing?

Katrine's words remind me of how beautiful it can be. When I allow myself to be the men I am, and to receive the gifts of the feminine.

My beloved speaks to me, in her way, of my resistance and my opening. Her words remind me that she sees me and knows me much better than I know myself. She reminds me that my greatness in this life is surrendering to feminine wisdom, feminine understanding of who I can be, as a man.

I do not do it on my own.

I do not do it for myself.

There is always the feminine, in another person, and within ourselves, to guide us.

I live and I breathe for this experience of being greater than I imagine myself to be. She shows me the way, bowing deeply, with profound understanding.
