Success, anyone?

I've asked people to tell about success and love relationships on the Apprenticeship to Love chat group. Please join me and give me your thoughts.

Success, anyone?

It's August. Lots going on. I’m thinking and talking and writing about “success.” Because it seems to be elusive, success. And especially in the "love" sense.

I put it out there on the Apprenticeship to Love Signal chat group that I’d love to hear how you define or experience success in your love relationships. I'm putting it out here too.

One fellow gave a thoughtful response that ended with, "relationships can be messy and we’re messy in a loving/ growing and happy way..."

I like that. Thinking about "success" in relationships leads to "messy."

It's the "messy" of love relationships that seems to be overwhelming at times, for most of the couples and men I've listened to. Certainly for me. Maybe "success" is simply my capacity to be OK with the messy?

Like I said, I'd love to hear what you have to say. Either here, or on the Signal Apprenticeship to Love chat group. Please join me there.
